Computer Class Tuesday 8/19

6th Grade:
Team up for Math Arena

7th and 8th:
First make sure you have completed all the tasks for you blog from last week. Refer to the PowerPoint instructions and to the post at the bottom of this screen dated Thursday, August 14th. I will be grading all of you blogs this week. Don't worry, if you followed the instructions you have an A. I am not grading on how it looks but on whether you followed instructions.

Next, go to our Science and Tech blog and find the list of Tech Tutorials on the left side of the screen. Choose one of the Office tutorials to download. 7th must choose a level 2 and 8th a level 3.
When you click on the tutorial link a window will pop up.
Choose Save to disk
Save it in your folder.
Open WORD, PowerPoint, Publisher, or Excel (whatever you are working on)
Navigate to your folder, right click on the tutorial and open with Adobe (remember the tutorial is a pdf file)
Ask each other for help. Someone in your class has done this before.

NOTE to all students: Not doing something because you didn't know how is unacceptable. Find someone who does know how and get it done. Got It!?

Once you have finished your tutorial save it in your student folder. Bonus points for anyone who figures out how to upload their finished document to their Google account.
